You came to the wrong place to b1tch about Kraft.
If you do not get your money back in the next couple of months, I would
contact someone like WBZ TV newstips or the Herald.

You would be suprised... they may follow up on the story.
A few years back I did not receive my playoff tickets.
For what they charge for Handling fees, the payoff tickets should not
come general mail.
When I called the ticket office, they just kept saying that tickets were
were being sent out every day. A couple days later I would call and
get the same girl at the ticket office. She would tell me the same thing.
When I told her that four people I knew that had season tickets had
received their tickets 2+ weeks ago, she told me that I should still be
receiving them in the mail. When I asked her if I could come to the ticket
office and get my tickets, she said no.
I got the name of a bigwig in Marketing and called him and he forward me to the same witch in the ticket office. I hung up on her and called him back. I told him that they should not be sending the tickets general mail after what they charge for a handling fee. He took my name and never called back (no suprise).
The Wednesday before the game I made a last ditch effort of calling
the ticket office before I put my tickets on ticket exchange for sale.
I got lucky, A guy answered the phone and said that it was too late
to re-issue me new tickets. He suggested that I come to the ticket office
and get my tickets. I got his name and I was at the ticket office within
90 minutes. Within 2 minutes I had my tickets. If the witch who answered
the phone previously, had done this it would have saved me a lot of
frustration.
I made a post on here a couple years ago, how I know the Patriots
are scalping tickets out of town, while they crack down on people selling
tickets on ebay and stub hub.
Nobody wanted to hear it !
The seats next to mine are filled every games with fans from out of town.
They all pay a different price depending on the opponent. I assumed
a ticket agency owned the tickets. I then stuck up a conversation
with a guy during a playoff game and he told me he was a vendor who
got his tickets from the Patriots. If the Patriots own the tickets, why are
they being sold out of town for a profit? Is this any different than people
selling them on stub hub or ebay?
What about the people on the waiting list?
Nobody wants to hear anything negative about Kraft.
