So they commit turnovers on purpose during the regular season, even though they know how not to?
I mean, it will be the same quarterbacks, plus some good ones that won't make it.
If the Pats get knocked out in the playoffs it will be because of their young defense and their dependence on the turnover. If that happens, is all I can say is I warned you.

Already been through this...
Good playoff quarterbacks are less likely to commit turnovers in the post season and young inexperienced defenses are less likely to force them. That is why it is a risky proposition depending on the turnover in the playoffs.
The New England Patriots have three more games to tighten up on defense. However, if ten points allowed total against the Jets and Bears is not sufficient evidence the defense is not improving then I give up!Already been through this...

They had a 17 point lead against the Colts, that is a fact. The defense struggled in the 4th quarter and allowed the Colts to get back in the game. The Sanders' INT bailed them out. In the playoffs they could be looking at a different result on that last drive. This is where my point comes in that they rely on the turnover too much and could come back to haunt them.
I am giving the Patriots credit, they have played very well against the best teams in the AFC. In those games I just feel like the offense is playing at such a high level they are giving the defense a double digit lead to work with, which obviously makes it a lot easier. They have not been tested in a wall to wall close game where every series is critical. This isnt their fault, I am just pointing it out.
Name names. You're limited to players not on the list i mentioned, because you already said they were all stupid.
Only one left that belongs with all the top QBs we didn't play is Drew Brees.
Or are you saying stupid QBs like Manning and Roethlisberger take a magic playoff potion that makes them smarter?

This could be the greatest troll job in the history of this site, I'm awash in admiration.

That was evident a long time ago.. but you gotta admit it's fun watching someone with no argument attempt to answer a point and continually get shot down.Yeah, took me a while to figure that out. I've been wasting my time.
Whatever! The whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Get it? I give up discussing this topic with you. They are improving, they are exceeding expectations. I am acknowledging that. I just dont know if they can succeed in the playoffs depending on the turnover, and the lack of experience playing in tight games throughout (exception Ravens)
Cassel?
Both those guys have won SBs and know what it takes to get it done in the playoffs. This Patriots defense hasnt proven anything in the playoffs yet because they havent been there.
I guess we just have to wait till the playoffs and see what happens.
I'm done with this debate. I've stated my case and how I feel. Clearly I am in the minority, which I am fine with. I am not a troll, I am a die hard Pats fan. I guess we just have to wait till the playoffs and see what happens.
What is more likely? A SB winner and one of the best QBs ever to play the game leading his team to a game winning TD, or a young defense with no playoff experience picking him off?
