It's easy, and only takes a few moments.True, especially from upstarts like us See the Stat you posted I hadn't even looked at before. Very informative, jesus look at the Steelers net offensive drives, that cant be good. Um only problem with this data is it doesn't make my team look as good as Im trying to convince everyone we look on defense, lol
NFL Stats: by Team Categorygood point, whats your 3rd down conversion %?
Do you guys really not think that the Patriots offense has been inconsistent? Obviously they have played well, but not well enough to beat a team like the Browns... Or the games where we just didn't show up for 2 quarters.
If it makes you feel better, just drink some more beer out of your "Super Bowl Champion" mug. That should cheer you up
The New England Patriots defense is dead last in 3rd down percentage. Thanks man, so whats causing the possession problem? Are you guys scoring to quickly? We had that problem last year and in 2008. Your 3rd down conversion looks great.

Sure the offense has been good statistically, but I think they have been pretty inconsistent. Last I checked, there isn't a stat for that.
Yesterday, nobody played well, not offense or defense or special teams or coaches.

D and special teams contributed more to the first 4 games than the last 4.What's missing is that the offense had a distinct moment of change in talent/ability after week 4. The offense was great in the first 4 games (well 3 of the first 4 games) but has been struggling more and more the last 4 games. How much of that is rookie mistakes and/or opposing defenses though we will find out.
The last 4 games the numbers are a lot different, but the one thing the offense is consistently doing well at is protecting the ball. One of Brady's greatest strengths is limiting turnovers, and he has continued to just that all season.

We had one poor game in the first 4, and 1 in the second 4.
The offense hasn't missed Moss at all, except for the fans that seem to think we were the 2007 Pats while Moss caught 9 passes in 4 games for less than 35 yards a game/

From an offensive standpoint. Calling the Chargers game "not poor" is extremely generous, to the point where it is false.
Since you guys like stats so much, let me throw out some stats from that game: The Chargers possessed the ball for 8 minutes and 50 seconds longer than us. They had 8 more first downs than us, 284 more yards than us, and 2 more yards per play than us. That's all well and good, but we had 4 turn overs - which usually means - we should have more T.o.P, more first downs, more yards, and yeah maybe not necessarily more yards per play. But hey, we came out of that game with more points and I'm not complaining, it was a great win across the country against a good team.
I think the offense has not been consistent. Too many three and outs and too many little mistakes: miscommunication, off-throws, broken protections, the list goes on. The team is young and the players and coaches acknowledge that there are issues, but it is week 9 going on week 10, we are 6-2 with the best head coach in the league. I think we are in good shape.
If your down playing the offense then explain this to me. I could be wrong by 1 maybe 5 places but to the top 5 in the NFL.

I used theses stat last year for this site, and it was pretty accurate. I really think maybe one of the 3 phase is responsible, but not offense. Just my opinion. Just remember no one is doing well or dominate in the NFL this year.
