It's easy, and only takes a few moments.Tate dropped a perfectly thrown third down pass that hit him in the chest and would have been a first down. He let it come into his body instead of catching it in his hands. Terrible play.
he certainly can't be any worse than the stiff Tate.
Its not so much the dropped pass but he just isn't getting into any game for some reason....He needs to start getting hold of a few catches and stretch the field a bit
Well, if we are indeed rebuilding as you say then what the heck .... toss Price out there and see what he can do!He is obviously NOT ready yet....enough said or he would be out there. Tate is nothing more than a #3 WR. You take away an elite WR and try to put all the pressure on Tate to stretch the field and be the big game threat......and find out he just isn't that good. Flashes of Brilliance. (might be the name of my book on the 2010 Pats).....but that is about it. BB/Kraft decided "We are going to rebuild now" and got rid of moss....and then lo and behold they rattled off wins to get the best record in the league!!!! Kraft: "Well lookee here coach we are rebuilding AND WINNING" BB: "Uh-huh"........and then the curtain falls......Kraft: "Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!!!"........We ARE rebuilding.......just be realistic folks
Unlike Branch, Welker, Edelman.
Hell, we better get rid of Crumpler, he's caught nothing.......
Why do people keep wanting Tate to be a deep threat he, I know he is fast but doesn't have great hands but when he has the ball he is top notch he is a player who I just want to get the ball in the hands of not just bomb it to him.
This makes no sense. You assume that because one person does not live up to your standards that the next person is better. Why not give Price some reps at WR?

I'm thinking practice awards are for special teams - and for replicating the opponent, so Pats starters can be used to their next opponent.I don't understand how he keeps getting these practice awards, yet he is not getting reps in a regular game.

With that logic you would also presume that if Brady throws an incomplete pass, then the best thing the Pats can do is replace him with Hoyer on the very next snap.

If that was the case then he didn't help the Pats starters very much.
