The Vikings are now scary even with Favre being 40 years old.They have a great running game and now they added Moss.They already have a solid defense.

Dude, winning ball games isn't what the goal is. Its winning championships, and even with Moss, the Patriots would not be contenders this year. Lots of people are up in arms about the trade in the wake of the Miami win. The defense will not play that well each week. They will not be up to the standards against the top teams in the league.
I want the Patriots to be dominant again. I like BB's plan.

I think the opposite. I think the defense is likely to improve consistently and the reason to trade Moss is not to get a whopping 3rd rounder to cement the future, but to get rid of a guy who was going to bring the team down.
Do we forget that everyone loved the Moss trade because if he acted up we could just cut him and lose nothing?? He waited til now, but basically got cut today.

We'll use one of the first round picks, trade the other for a second and third next year.

Possibly use both second round picks. BB seems to love second rounders.

Trade one third round for a second round the next year, and trade the other third round for the obligatory fifth round picks that Bill loves.

We'll again stockpile draft picks for the next year because that's what wins championships.

He moved two picks down, three picks up, AND acquired two additional high-round picks.
