I believe they still have to sit out a certain number of actual games (versus NFL weeks) but yes the extra week will help.

I was really hoping for the Bills to host the Patriots in there annual Skydome game as Toronto is a cheaper option to see the team instead of seeing them in Boston...

That is a brutal stretch. If Pittsburgh sucks this year, it's not so bad. If Pittsburgh comes back from its down year last year, we'll be playing the toughest 6 teams on the schedule over a span of 8 weeks.

If I remember correctly flex scheduling starts week 11, which happens to trhe week the Pats/Colts play.
