Despite our best players not playing up to their HOF standard, we freaking won with running and good sound defense. Isn't that what most of people on this board was crying and screaming about for past couple month? And since you are pissed off after a win, you can go cheer actual loser teams like Jets and Raiders. Unreal. After last week, I'll take any win over stupid last minute loss.

The Patriots have deficiencies that need to be addressed in the offseason. It seems that some players do not belong on this team.

Brady and Moss have had relatively poor seasons. If you take away the fumbles Maroney has had, I think he has been quite good.

They need help in pass rushing, secondary, linebacking, OL, another RB, a good backup QB.

The Coach has had a tough season and has had deal with distractions like Adlius Thomas and now Randy Moss apparently.

Things turn around in this league known as Not For Long.

Belichick is not God, he is a frustrated football engineer and I am a frustrated football fan.

Half of me thinks that the best thing for this fanbase would be to suffer through an old-time patriot season, ala 90' - 91'......... Perhaps it might you dumb bandwagan fugs that think only a SB is acceptable some perspective.

As a fanbase, we have become FAR TOO SPOILED, and threads like this are the prime example.

Sure, we did not play great, but we beat a middle of the road team (albeit missing thier starting QB) team to stop a positively dreadful 2 game losing streak. All on a day where our 2-3 best players were't physically there, including our HOF (arguable GOAT) QB. Defense played a little better, and we ran a hard physical game.

Are we gonna contend for the big show this year? probably not. But we started to right a ship that was listing horribly. It's a start, and a win. Fuggin get a grip and DEAL with it.
