Jaws and McShay are pretty high on Brian Moyer as a QB. Might be an interesting choice at this point.

They're also high on Brian Hoyer.

Cedric Peerman is still on the board; he'd be an interesting pick at this point

He's got good workout numbers (4.34 40) but he doesn't produce on the field. If we take a RB, make it Rashad Jennings from Liberty - a power back (6'1, 231 lbs) with fantastic hands for catching the ball on 3rd downs.

Correct me if I am wrong. We have a 5th, two 6th's and two 7th's left?

The 5th and one 6th are untradeable, correct? The other 3 picks are tradeable.

Or 'not-usable,' or 'pass-able' should they so choose...

I like TE James Casey here.
Maybe OLB Stryker Sulak or DT/DE Ricky-Jean Francois.
Or OT Jamon Meredith, who should be great value.

McKillop to the 49ers. Two tackle machines now in him and Patrick Willis.

Or S Michael Hamlin.

First of all, I feel that the Pats will be in the Superbowl this year if TB is healthy. But coming into this draft can we all agree that the Patriots actually had real needs: a pass rushing OLB, getting a younger replacement for Teddy (eventhough I really like Guyton), and depth at OL. I think the Pats tried to help themselves with Seabass and the kid from Penn St. That being said I live in Houston and believe me Seabass may end up being a player but the pick was a reach. Without the drafting of a pass rushing OLB, I personally don't feel comfortable with Woods or TBC as our starting OLB opposite of Adalius. Does anybody know of a pass rushing OLB left in the draft now, Ian Campbell of Kansas St.,maybe? Man, I hope that we can sign Jason Taylor.

Great. Now watch as they all go in the next ten picks.

I honestly think that this will be one of those drafts that goes down in history as one of the best draft classes, that built a contender for a decade.

2009-2010 pats draft will be compared to 1991-1992 Cowboys draft.

I think Shawn Crable will be starting for us by the end of the year. He was a quality player at Michigan (28.5 tackles for loss in his senior year) who redshirted so that he could bulk up to set the edge fully. I love his potential. Pierre Woods to start because of his experience with the playbook, but Crable to take over eventually.

Nic Harris to Buffalo they are having a strong draft...he would have been perfect to replace Tank Williams.

Here are guys I could see them taking with upcoming picks:

QB: Brian Hoyer, Jason Boltus
RB: Arian Foster, Rashad Jennings, Devin Moore, Cedric Peerman, Brannan Southerland
TE: Cornelius Ingram, Bear Pascoe
DL: Mitch King, Jeremy Navarre, Darryl Richard,
LB: Antonio Appleby, Jasper Brinkley, Moise Fokou, Robert Francois, Brandon Long
CB: Joe Burnett, Victor Harris
S: Otis Wiley, Chris Clemons, DeAngelo Willingham

I hope they take Bear Pascoe. Cool name. Sounds like a Stephen King character.

I want Louie Sakoda K/P Utah

"Football is important to him" is one of the things BB always says about players he likes. Not sure if that works for Ingram, who tried to quit a championship-caliber team.
