Hell, we got Moss for a 5, right?

We picked up Moss for a 4th and Welker for a 2nd. So, a 2nd for Vrabel/Cassel isn't crazy considering what we've traded away and gotten in return

The hurried trade of Matt Cassel to KC had to be cap driven You gotta have cash to be a player in FA right...

The head-scratcher to me was the Vrabel trade, particularly when they tendered Woods as well. Was it just to save a few dollars? I gotta believe there is a bigger deal in the works.

In BB I definitely trust and it makes life interesting reading the various posts and wondering what will happen next...

I would love to see any of the Peppers, Taylor or Suggs scenarios come to pass. Taylor seems the most likely given the info I have read here....

This is a theory but you never know. I got a gut feeling something major is gonna come up!! I dont know, but somethings going on that none of us know about. The only person that knows is BB!! I cant wait for the draft!!

Part of my spec here comes from a forum post I stumbled over on a Chargers site yesterday. Not sure if it generated much convo last time, but I'll stick it in here. I don't know why a SD fan would make this up, but it could be that he just heard microwave static and interpreted it this way, being a Chargers fan, it's entirely possible...

Just heard on radio from the East coast that the Pats are clearing cap space for Julius Peppers!!! The report says that the reason the Pats gave Vrabel and Cassel tot he Chefs for a lowely 2nd rounder is because Pioli has promised Belichek that he will participate in a 3 way deal involving Peppers. Apparantly the Cheifs are going to get RB Jonathan Stewart from the Panthers and will send Gonzales and Brian Waters to the Panthers and they will send Peppers to the Patriots. I mean WTF is going on here. Every team is getting better and we are standing pat. Everyone who has 1/2 a brain can see that the Bolts were not good enough to beat New England last year and wered not good enough to beat the Steelers this year. We just dont have the players to compete.

i dont think peppers will be coming to NE. BB doesnt like players who say stuff like they want to play in a 3-4 and they have maxed out their 4-3 potential etc. Not exactly the patriots "do your job" attitude.

I believe the trade is a done deal. Has it set up the groundwork for another groundbreaking deal that tips in our favor? God, I hope so, especially if Peppers is involved.

Silence is Pioli's MO every bit as much as it is BB's. That means nothing.

I dont get it? He cant be traded until he does so why doesnt get get on with it? No-ones going to give up 2 1sts are they?
