This is irritating and I'm disappointed that Brady has chosen to delay the process.
We need the suspension appeals process out of the way so we can move onto the court process.
Maybe I have it wrong but I thought it was 10 days to set a date not have the hearing. Greg Hardy put in his appeal April 27 and the appeal was set May 7th for May 28th.

This whole mess has snowballed in the wrong direction for Pats fans....it's looking more and more like Krafty Bob got to Brady and begged him to "take one for the team." I don't think we're seeing Brady until Game 5...

http://www.reelz.com/trailer-clips/49396/my-cousin-vinny-clipHere's the process I think will happen that I posted on Thursday:
1) the NFL refuses to vacate the suspension
2) law suit filed in federal court to vacate suspension
3) judge vacates suspension since Goodell did not issue it
4) Goodell imposes penalty as per the CBA (which may or may not be the same as existing)
5) Brady appeals penalty including demanding an independent arbitor
6) Goodell names himself arbitor
7) Brady files suit in court for independent arbitor
8) judge agrees that independent arbitor is needed particularly since Goodell is an important witness
9) Arbitration hearing held
10) Brady wins conclusively in arbitration
They haven't even accomplished step 1 yet and you were thinking step 9 may start by tomorrow? Good luck with that!
