The 2014 Edition : Jets continue to suck (what else is new)

Rex Ryan's last season as Jets head coach. I'll miss all the comedy he and his team has provided.

I'm not so sure. He could finish the season like 4-1 and earn his third second chance, which will then lead into an off season of JEST fans (and their uncle Paulie, who sits by the aisle) yelling on the internet about how they're on the ascension.

SOJ & SOJF & SOJFO = SOSO

so who are the jets blaming for this loss? the last couple of weeks it was the refs

This game also was officiated, so that's probably the case once again.

Eh. They're eternal optimists over there.

The Jets schedule is rough, especially considering their injured depleted secondary. I think this is the time where the Jets need to regroup and let this schedule make them tough as they get prepared for the rest of the season. I think they are going to rebound and win next week. I made my predictions below. I predicted they would lose all of the games so far that they have lost. With a young QB I think it is a learning curve. This is a prime time for the Jets to use this rough schedule to make them tough. There second half schedule is fairly week. My prediction below 11-6 might be optimistic, but I am hoping they learn from this early season stretch.
Raiders ---- Win
@ Packers - Loss
Bears ------ Loss
Lions ------ Loss
My Prediction:
@ Chargers ------------------W
Broncos ---------------------- L
@ Patriots ------------------- W
Bills -------------------------- W
@ Chiefs --------------------- L
Steelers ---------------------- W
@ Bills ----------------------- W
Dolphins --------------------- W
@ Vikings ------------------- W
@ Titans -------------------- W
Patriots --------------------- W
@ Dolphins ----------------- W

Record 11-5

So, among other high points, they're going to sweep the Pats. The whole division actually.

(note: Suprisingly, this was NOT posted by Ray Ray.)

I feel like there was a better one out there, but here's what I found.

It's excellent...thank you Jest for being in the AFC East

It never gets old .... LOL

Do you think Ray Ray thinks it is remotely possible that the Jets lose two more games this season?

The Green Beans' defensive front seven must feel like committing suicide out of sheer frustration. They truly are good and keep their team competitive, only to see the secondary and offense ruin it for them. That front seven alone probably is worth four wins a year, but I doubt New Jersey ever will be a complete team under Wrecks.

Sheldon "Dunceboy" Richardson and "Slow" Mo Wilkerson must have a hard time sharing that one brain cell they possess between the two of them. Are there two bigger ignoroids playing anywhere in any sport?

I just saw the Rex Ryan presser. He said he needs to correct mistakes because if you don't correct them you shouldn't be surprised when they happen again.

LOL.

That's just rich coming from him. Year after year of 12 men on the field, clock mismanagement, time outs because of 10 men on the field, etc etc etc.

He better hope Woody doesn't start thinking like that

No, but they don't need more than that one shared brain cell. Wrecks just holds up a jersey from whoever they're playing that week and says, "Sic 'em." That's the extent of their game preparation.

I like the guy who said he isn't worried about us because we're done.

`We're` the ones who are done.

The pig is rip for the soon to be 1-5 Jets

The thing is they said the same thing at this time the last two years. The Pats have started off looking so-so the last four or five years. Give or take a year. And the Jets fans proclaim the Pats done. The Pats have been 2-1 or worse almost every year since 2007.

They've been saying that since at least 2008, probably 2001.

One day Brady will retire and the Patriots will go a season (maybe) without winning the division and they'll all be saying "SEE!? WE TOLD YOU!"
