PFT: Moss on the Bubble??????

Re: Moss on the Bubble??????

Michael Felger is a lady. He's like some East Coast Ryan Seacrest or neo-Otter Stratton showing Dean Wermer's wife his cucumber ("mine's bigger than that"). Whether or not this PFT-source theory holds water, Felger is trying to push his way onto the inside scene, but he's a day late and a dollar short.

He's "Scrappy Doo." He is Cousin Oliver trying to hook on to "The Brady Bunch." He's Glen Scarpelli suddenly adopted on "One Day at a Time." He's Chachi in a bigger role. Not the pre-pubescent "scamp" Chachi, no - he's the "Joanie Loves Chachi" Chachi, the "Zapped!" Chachi, the "Scott Baio is 45 and Single" Chachi. He's "Felger in Charge."

Lame-ass neo-Borges, poor man's Craig Kilborn. The WORST.

====================================

I got to say, thats funny stuff. lol

Sounds like bu11sh1t to me.
Next it'll be back to the "NE is no longer a high character team w/ Moss, Meriweather, Harrison" etc.

the only way he gets cut is if they now believe he is injury prone...his character they knew. and hasnt had a chance to show any shelfishnesss on the field.

Re: Moss on the Bubble??????

I can't stand PFT. I never read them, especially their rumor page. The number of times I've seen an outrageous rumor like this on their page that turned out to be false is way too high for a "bigtime" website.

Re: Moss on the Bubble??????

I like PFT a lot. They don't claim to be anything they're not. (And, FTR, they are, far more often than not - right on the money. JMO.

Bro, that is awesome! :rocker:

This rumor has wheels being that we kept Washington and Caldwell dressed the last preseason game.
That being said I badly want a Randy Moss on the team I hope he's not a character problem and I hope he's not nursing his own injury we should find out soon enough I suppose.

Not that it has anything to do with this, but I ordered a Moss jersey online a couple of days ago and I received an e-mail from Patriots online merchandise telling me that my order is on "backorder" and should arrive in 2 weeks or so.

Maybe because Moss is about to be cut?????????????????

Just silly stuff, in my opinion--perhaps disinformation from another GM meant to shake up Moss. At any rate, not credible...especially when BB is saying "Moss is almost there," and ready to play.

That doesn't legitimize the rumor at all unless you consider Moss to be at the bottom of the rung at WR.

I would not be shocked if Moss were let go. As I posted here before, according to ex-Raiders coaches they claim he is not the player he once was and if the team thinks he might be injury prone it's better to release him now.

it sounds like if it was up yo u, you genuis, you would release the awhole team

This is a really dopey discussion.

Prior to his hammy issues, Moss was far and away the best WR we had in camp.

Best hands, Best chemistry with Brady....etc.

If you don't like Moss as a person....fine.

But there is no way in hell you can justify letting him go based upon his his talent.

As far as having a history of hammy issues, 10,000 career receiving yards by age 30 tells me they weren't that big of an issue.

I would. I would be SHOCKED. I also would be shocked if ex-Raiders coaches had anything of value to say whatsoever. Even if Moss were to be cut, I'd STILL feel that way. Ex-Raiders coaches? Really? That's what you're going with? Even a blind squirrel, etc...

Guys, so I'm straight on this, we will know the answer to this by 4:30pm ET, right?

I would release just non performers and cheaters. If you performed and weren't a cheat you'd have a job. The Patriot's are and have been my favorite sports team. I have been proud of our teams personality and performance over the years. In the past year I have seen a demise of the standards. You watch, if this keeps up KARMA is going to come and bite this team in the butt.

Just so you know, karma is about as real as the Easter bunny.
