Kaepernicking going down the same path as Tebowing

Do you know that he wasn't asked to do this by his team? Or that they disapproved and yet he did it anyway? It seems you are making some assumptions there.

I don’t know that he wasn’t but common sense would point to the coaches wanting their QB to focus on passing the ball.

And boy, when you don't like someone you really don't like someone. I don't plan to get on the wrong side of you so...i agree with everything you've just said :)

I am not angry at Kaepernick I am just calling it how I see it, the kid has been given an opportunity many would do just about anything for and he is parading around Miami with another teams hat on that is just distasteful and shows a lack of appreciation.

If I grew up as a fan of the competitor's brand, and worked for my current company because I was drafted by them, then I probably would.

Collin Kaepernick was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; he went to High School in California and college in Nevada and growing up he was a Packers fan see his quote pre-draft quote below and the article.

DJ (San Diego)

Which QB did you idolize most when you were growing up?
Colin Kaepernick (1:49 PM)

Growing up I was a Packers fan and I've watched Brett Favre since I can remember.

Chat: Chat with Colin Kaepernick - SportsNation - ESPN

Kaepernick was wearing the hat because he was in Florida trying to mac on hoes and thought it would be cool, maybe it would have been if showed up played like a starting caliber NFL QB this season to me he looks like a pretty big idiot now. Have you ever heard the saying – “Be good or be good at it”? He is not very good at it these days.

It’s OK though Collin has the problem all figured out this idea is surely going to make all the difference - Colin Kaepernick Using Twitter as Motivation Again After Continued Struggles for 49ers (Photo) | San Francisco 49ers | NESN.com

The kids an idiot, you can write it down if you want but I project he will be benched by week 8 next year and out of the NFL by 2016, I'd put a large sum on it.

The kid is a smart guy trying to follow his dreams. He's not an idiot. You can predict all you want, but only God knows his future. The part about why he was in Miami is pure speculation and I doubt Colin is looking for hoes.

Lets stop trying to rip him at every angle like: he's not loyal because of a hat, he doesn't practice his passing, he's looking for hoes, he's dumb, I hope he fails, he'll be out of the league in X number of years, he's trademarked for money etc. I mean, I don't know if he'll get better, worse, or stay the same in terms of his QB skills. I am holding off judgment till the end of the season before I deem him a good, great, or bad QB. If he's out of the league in a few years life goes on and if he remains in the league for the next 10 years life goes on. I have no issue with him since he's not committed any crimes or done anything really horrible. If anything he's a extremely confident QB who was over hyped by the public, has regressed, trademarked his pose, wore another team's hat, twitters/instagrams often and continues to purse his dream in the NFL. None of that is going to cause me to dislike him. Nevertheless, I wish Colin nothing but the best.

I ready to be done with this debate and focus on more important things like the upcoming Pats game. The Pats are playing Monday night against the Panthers. Hopefully the Pats beat the Panthers and move closer to the Playoffs in a few weeks.

Nope, I am real person too.

How can you be so sure? I call for independent verification. For all we know you might be a caricature, perhaps even a Chimera.

Actually, it's a big difference.

I'm not coming up with much myself. Serious doubts as to whether this "Christian Cat" person actually exists.

"she" shows up with the rest of the horde this past summer. One distinguishing characteristic were the misspellings that dotted her posts like poppies on a bagel. Then Tebow gets cut, the horde moves on, but...the one butt hurt,multi-alias miscreant left here is Remarker...or as I refer to him, Marcus Dwayne Walker. Obviously an internet addict and admitted multi-alias user on boards too numerous to mention,we are left to believe he has just left this board?

You see, it's "her" current posts. No wacky misspellings. He got her login and he's using it to play "I'm fooling them all!!!",that tired old internet "gotcha" strategem that went out with Windows 95.

Hi Marcus!!! how's the air conditioning in Intake Control at Lake County Sheriff's Office tonight?

And many others followed their dream to play in the NFL; do you consider them to be smart?

As far as Collin not wanting hoes, you clearly need to do some reading about your new favorite QB.

I sincerely don’t care if you like him or dislike him.

You are comparing Kaepernick to a couple of murderers, a burglar and druggie, a gangbanger and a dog fighter. What is there about Kaepernick in any way that makes that anything close to a reasonable comparison? Some tats? Wow!

How is this related to the patriots again? Oh yeah, it's not. How about we move this over to the nfl forum or better yet, the practice squad where it could die a painless death along with the rest of brady6 threads.

No I am comparing the fact that CC said he was intelligent for following his NFL dream. These players also followed their NFL dream so clearly doing that is not a sign of intelligence.

The tattoo thing I don’t understand because I have not mentioned anything about tattoos in this thread?

Seems more people like what I have to say than what you have to say by a significant amount.

If I had to guess you’re not well received because you spend too much time diminishing others, if you make an effort to change that I will certainly give you a chance to be someone I have respect for as a poster but currently I think you reflect poorly at least in what your direct towards me and if that is going to continue I would prefer you just place me on ignore. Thanks
