No one knows anything. We speculate and analyze. If you wish to believe that Belichick would have Brady throwing to three rookies, you are certaiinly free to have that opinion.
I think you have a decent point in the unlikelihood of having 3 rookies on a possible 6 man WR group, but I wouldn't be totally shocked either--especially if Belichick feels that's the only way to keep him.
After all, how much worse can they do from last season where our WR3 had 21 catches, or our WR4 had 16 catches?
On top of that, we still have Gronkowski, Hernandez, Amendola, and at least 1-2 other veterans, and that isn't even including the RB's or other TE's. It isn't like Brady will be forced to throw to 3 rookie WRs at the same time.
It already seems like we're going to have 2 rookies on the squad as it is, so to have a third as the WR5 or WR6 really wouldn't be all that different. No matter what they probably aren't going to see too much action as a WR5-6 as it is, so it really wouldn't matter.
