Not a chance. Williams has disappointed, but he's been drawing double & triple teams a disproportionate amount of the time.

Haynesworth was just a bust. Williams might turn out to be more like Peppers, who was quiet for half a season in Chicago.

The Bills real problem is the DC, whose philosophy is outdated.

Nice game, btw.

Mario played today just like he did in Houston. Mario's typical sack then was to be pushed out of the play by a TE, but have the QB scramble around and finally run into him. TB steps up in the pocket and doesn't scramble. Makes Mario totally useless.

There was a lot of talk about his total lack of production against the Jets too. Given what they paid out this is not lookin good

Dude, you just make stuff up. Please find a single clip anywhere that shows a triple team on Williams. I'll save you the trouble it has never happened, and never will. NFL teams do not triple team DL.
There were many plays today that he was humiliated one on one, by the way.

Or he may just be a big disappointment.

I don't remmeber you expressing that worry while you were telling us how today was the changing of the guard.

He was supposed to tip the balance of power in the AFC East...

I saw a triple team on Wilfork today and it was highlighted on a replay. I can't say I saw one on Mario.

I said today COULD be a changing of the guard. Obviously, it wasn't.

You've earned the right to gloat, and honestly, it was a pretty breathtaking win by your team. Brady is unreal; the day he will retires will be a day to break out the good stuff (for me).

You'll also be pleased to know that I watched the game with some Pats fans at a local place, and they made life completely miserable for me & my kids the entire 2nd half. In our face, gloating, the works - made a bad day even worse.

Thats not a triple team. It was a 3 man rush with Vince over the C. Both DEs went wide so there was nothing else for the Gs to do.

Did he come in for a work out and physical with the Patriots or did we completely skip him because of the $$$?
