My bad. I read too quickly and thought you were one of the Steelers fans in this thread.

Enjoy your bourbon and hopefully we can toast another NE victory.

I like George Harrison, though.

He never ate babies.

He ate a lot of acid, but no babies.

He may have also eaten Linda McCartney, but that's another story for another day.

Why are we hammering James, here? seems like a decent enough guy. and pretty nice take btw, James. I think its fair to say we'll throw all the #s and rankings out the window this week when these 2 square off. Your boys have a stout squad, even though they seem to lose a little focus on the road. cant have that this week. these guys 'aint the Jets. thanks for droppin' by and good luck.

It's true, and in all *my* years of watching I haven't seen it either, although there were other great offenses out there.

There is only one way to neutralize it and you'll notice that the Colts, Eagles and Ravens all got the job done to one degree or another by forcing Brady to throw in a hurry. To me, that is the only way anybody will ever have a chance to stop them. It can be done, but that old saying about "for all 60 minutes" was never more true for opponents. They cannot be successful for only 59 minutes and expect to win the game.

I expect more of the same from the Steelers: Their personal regular-season SB of high-intensity and lots of pressure on the QB. If they are successful then they should be able to hang and have a shot to win. We know it can be done. The question is whether it will be done.

The Pats are actually exhausted right now (night games, lots of road games, and just taking the best shots of some very good defenses.) I'm wondering how much stomach they have left for yet one more SB intensity game from the Steelers. This is why nobody has ever won 16 in a regular season. If it's gonna happen you would think it's going to be Sunday.
