Patriots re-signed WR Tiquan Underwood.
Underwood spent the final preseason week with the Patriots before being released on cut-down day. The Patriots may use the speedster in the Matt Slater role of running a couple of go routes per game, but he's not going to be any higher than fifth on the depth chart. Underwood still has yet to show he can beat press coverage.

I guess this is the solution to the deep threat issues the team has

I thought he looked alright in preseason.

Don't mind this move.

Also tight end Dan Gronkowski and lineman Thomas Welch were released....

sounds like some moves are coming.

Solder is more than adequate to play 3rd TE when we run those packages now that Volmer is back

So who do you suggest they go sign that is available at 5pm on November 8th?

DGronk gets Ventroned. Well, as long as they keep the right Gronkowski's name on the paperwork, not a really big deal.

I am not gonna say it, but it rhymes with Boss...he he he :bricks:

This is for special teams impact!

After a decent returner!

randy moss.....

I was sick of hearing this

I'm not anymore. I think with the shape of the Pats receiving corps, we'd be lucky to have him.

He could be coming on board as a much needed KR guy

RU kid should be able to contribute. Has good speed.

He'll be good on those fade routes.

Just enough room left on the roster to bust out the Cannon.

Yes! I liked him in the preseason. The shock and awe from the hair alone will drive enemies to submission.

Does he have a special helmet that lets it stick out the top?
