What's more puzzling than the thought in the first place

Yeah.. because thinking beyond Brady is just crazy.

Maybe life before Brady didnt exsist for you (if you are a younger guy which i suspect you are) you probably can't imagine it.

But the time is going to come, and it will be here faster than you think. There is nothing wrong with debating on whether or not we should consider grooming his replacement after next season.

And IF a Rookie wage scale is in place, would it be worth it to go after a guy who (to me) looks to be the best QB prospect to come along since Peyton.

what's more puzzling than the thought is that ~23 people actually think this would be a good idea.

this is a tough one and it's not made any easier because the poll question (would you like to see...) is different than the thread question (would you be opposed...)

terrible idea. Too much risk in a first round quarterback.

Unfortunately i accidentally voted yes in the poll...

would that be because the question in the thread title is the opposite of the question in the poll? Lol

oops! I voted for the wrong one. I voted against the thread title, but not the right vote for the poll. I do not want the pats trading up for luck.

d%#*!@t...

Read the thread title "would i be opposed" and my answer was yes, but then poll question itself asks if i want the pats to move up, and i didn't catch that in time. I absolutely do not want the pats to trade up for luck. Op should word the poll question to be consistent with the thread title.

You ask for people's opinions and then get pissed when 70% of them strongly disagree with your premise. Or maybe more since the premise wasn't all that clear given the thread title didn't match up with the poll question...
