Didn't earlier this season, Jerry Jones literally do the exact same thing in regard to Adrian Peterson? And hasn't NOTHING been done about it. I find it hard to believe that Goodell will be able to punish Johnson even mildly if they did nothing to Jerrah.
I mean if Roger isn't anything, he's certainly consistent when he's handing out punishments.
While I agree with your characterization of Kraft's actions, or lack thereof in regard to spygate. His inaction at the time has caused a lot anguish for Pats fans since 2007, and I believe unnecessarily. However that being said, you don't get to Kraft's level of business acumen without being tough, determined, aggressive and to a certain degree selfish and egotistical.Ken, you have to know that Kraft is Mr Can't We All Get Along. Look at his "Please May I Have Another" submissiveness with the over the top unprecedented punishment for SpyGate. Even acquiescing to the Comissioner's ridiculous penalties Kraft needed to insist that Herr Goodell clarify WHAT the Pats were punished for. He did not.
It doesn't work that way. That's what being the -owner- means.
Pretty sure Woody isn't remotely self-aware enough to be bothered. I don't think there's any chance of this leading to a sale.I think you're missing the big picture Sherlock. Anything that may persuade him into selling the team, Such as public punishment/humiliation due to his own stupidity should be avoided.

Sorry but who cares. Probably a fine but dont hold your breath waiting for a forfeted pick.
How about being force to watch all Jet losses since he took control of the team. There better be a punishment coming PLUS something for the damage done to the New England Patriots

He's just openly tampered with Revis in his press conference, stating "he'd love to have Darrelle come back to the Jets".
Get him reported Bob.
This! The biggest failure of Bob Kraft's otherwise excellent tenure as owner of the NE Patriots.Ken, you have to know that Kraft is Mr Can't We All Get Along. If this is tampering then the NFL rules really need to be overworked because that is ridiculous.
He didn't contact Revis or his agent, he didn't make any offer to anyone but simply expressed that he would love to have a player back with his team. If he would have said that they will do everything possible to get Revis back to the Jets it would be a different story. Can we be reasonable for a change ?
The problem is, Woody isn't being reasonable. The owner of the Patriots biggest rival is using the media to signal a soon to be free agent Revis and his agents that he is willing to use the Jets cap space to sign him.
Woody is also doing this just as the Patriots enter the playoffs, which is sure to create questions being asked to Revis, thus creating a outside distraction by none other than the Jets owner.
