So?

Let's say we have 177 yards. Will that be enough to win?
Just posting a stat.

I will say this if the Pats rush for a 177 yards they will be in the game opposed to if they are only able to rush for 75 yards and have to rely on the passing game.

this is feeling like a 20-6 game

Unleash Pop Douglas he should be Brissett's First Read with Henry being the Second. IF the passing game is sub par Tonight we should make a QB change. All eyes are on AVP and Brissett Tonight I was not impressed with AVP's Play calling last game.

You mean the blocked Field goal? Which was a 4th down and a turnover on downs since it moved against of the LOS?
Yes, call it what you will but a blocked field goal is a turnover in my mind.

Thats a distinct possibility
As I'm in the UK, I shall be fast asleep (I hope) when the game kicks off 1.15am here, so of course I record it and watch it the following evening. Its mighty difficult not to catch sight of the score though. So could all of you not mention anything about the game at all, till I've watched my recording. Thanking you in advance.

I gotta be honest, turnovers be damned, JB please throw the effin ball over 10 yards in the air. Pretty Please

right

So, much better to throw intermediate and long with 3 interceptions and lose by 2-3 TD's than run for 150+ yards, be conservative in passing, and be competitive in the game.

Got it!

To be honest I would rather lose by 20 than by 3. When I was in the Air Force, we took at test over job knowledge and Air Force history and that made up part of our promotion score. 3 times I missed getting promoted by less than a point, so yes I would rather lose by a lot than a little. It hurts more knowing there was a chance but then you ****ed it up.

IF We don't see any boundary completions to WR's Tonight *Ahem* away from Sauce Gardener we gotta stop the Brissett experiment.

Can't wait for 4 hours of Rodgers worship on BSPN.
More like Ball Washing.

This being a short week for a rookie HC, our only strength suffering injuries (defense), and more OL churn leads me to believe we're going to get blown out. There are going to be times we feel like we're in the game but are never more than within two possessions.

Yeah agree.. he already looks like he's throwing a bow&arrow when he throws a pass.. takes forever to travel 7 yards..

Going be quite a contrast watching his passes and Rodgers who throws ropes. And when Brissett locks on he locks on very Amateurish for a vet.

If the Pats get blown out, pressure will really build for Maye - in a dysfunctional way.
But, I hope they don't. I still want to see a steady, surprising OL - like the Bengals game.
Maybe Wallace will be better than Lowe. Hopefully Onwenu gets better at the edge stuff.
If they lose while running well but not lighting up the passing game, the team can see hope and build steadily toward an eventual Maye entrance.
Even if they win, it won't prevent Maye from playing when they deem it time. He was never going to start these first 4 games.
