Well, we know the lack of time isn’t because you’re learning how businesses, and specifically marketing departments, analyze consumer responses as well as make changes to policies. Maybe go back to school if it interests you. When you graduate from the University of Phoenix online, maybe you’ll realize how ridiculous you sounded in both threads.Cool story, don’t have time to read it
It took you that long to come up with that response?Well, we know the lack of time isn’t because you’re learning how businesses, and specifically marketing departments, analyze consumer responses as well as make changes to policies. I posted as soon as I saw your response. Some of us don’t actually log in here daily. Our day to day jobs and tasks fill up our time. It’s crazy, I know. Take your L and be done with the thread, bub. Hell, you’re a 34 year old sales man. You should be used to accepting life’s Ls by now.It took you that long to come up with that response?
Fair enough. I don’t really watch much of the XFL, but some of you guys like it. I think we’ve all made our points with that convo. I can’t believe I even needed to argue that in the first place. Carry on.Can this thread please get back on track to discussing the product on the field? The major roadblock I'm seeing is that like the AAF more than half the teams have bad quarterback play which will probably kill interest in those markets.
So there are only 8 teams total and more than half have bad QB play? They had 2 years to prepare this league knowing that QB play was the most important thing to league success like the NFL and they.....oh, forget it, I don’t even care. Can this thread please get back on track to discussing the product on the field? No, no. Please do.
I know. You can’t tempt me with a good time and not deliver, though. It's just an intrinsic problem with spring football. QBs who could make NFL rosters are going to be on NFL rosters, even practice squads. Landry Jones is probably the only one of these guys who would be on a roster, I guess he figured his career was dead-ended. Otherwise you're left with a handful of discarded veterans and never-was rookies. That's true across the rosters but most glaring at QB. Maybe one or two of the never-was guys make it onto an NFL squad a la Garrett Gilbert but it's going to be tough. I can't believe Brandon Silvers is starting at quarterback for a professional sports team.
To be clear it was going to be towards AdultintheRoom, not you.
The biggest problem with this silly "sports entertainment product" -- aside from subpar talent and time of year -- is the teams aren't individually owned. Can this thread please get back on track to discussing the product on the field? The earlier part had been done already. Both in this thread and another thread over a year ago.Kontra, you are better than that. Argue the man on the points, you don’t need to demean someone’s occupation and get personal.
