I am in Pennsylvania (near Philly) right now for work and my god the amount of rowdy eagles fans

Missing Cambridge about now...gonna watch the pats game here and afraid of getting jumped

Wow, did the DB knock it away at the last second? Nope the pass was off target.

That was one heck of a deep shot attempt to AJ Brown though.

their edge comes from their Coach... Payton has some impressive institutional knowledge rattling around in his head... no moment seems too big for him

Sure, but it is one thing scoring 33 points against the Giants in the fourth. It is another against the Bills in the playoffs.

Man that contact by the DB was 10 yards downfield. That could easily have been a flag.

I would be incredibly surprised, no check that, absolutely shocked if the Bills lose to Denver.

It's really tough to play at Mile High and this Denver team has been a tough out all year long.

I would not be surprised if they upset the Bills.

Josh Allen despite all his talent is still prone to brainfarts and inopportune interceptions at times.

I like the Bills to win next week, but there is no guarantees. We don't know how injured Allen is. They could have given him a shot at halftime and he could feel far worse tomorrow. Plus with Gabe Davis likely done, they are dangerously thin at WR where they kinda sucked anyway.

They are both tough outs. But maybe it would be better to face the 49ers because they have way more injuries.

I'm sorry to see Kittle get hurt though. It's always tough losing a veteran leader like that.
was thinking the same thing after they lost Kittle

Fk that clown, want no part of him.

With Drake Maye and Vrabel and him playing for his favorite team, I think he would be motivated and very, very productive. Like Offensive player of the year type of productive.

from a coaching perspective - you ascribe to the theory the bigger the moment, the less McDermott steps up?

The 49ers were very unlikely to win with Kittle... Without they are pretty much 100% out of it. At least they can still play spoiler tonight. I don't believe in the Eagles offense... they have made some connections tonight... but i don't buy Hurts.

I think there is just too much baked in dysfunction and the super bowl hangover is too strong. They are trying to take it up to another level like they did last year... but it just isn't the same.

Nix and Payton sure didn't step up last year in the playoffs. And Payton is 9-9 career wise for the playoffs with Drew Brees as the QB of 17 of those games. You take out the one Super Bowl season and Payton is 6-9.

Gotta draft DT or Edge
Edge is the move. There are a number of guys that can be good... Probably no perennial probowlers in this draft, but a lot of really good options.

Josh will tough it out.
Davis was a late signing and barely contributed all year, his absence won't mean anything, unless of course they have another WR go down early.

If Purdy wins this game somehow that would be a hell of an accomplishment. He is throwing to backup players and practice squad callups!
