Gronk - LaFell - Edelman - Wright - Amendola/Vareen

Wright is a hybrid TE/WR ... they may not have accounted for that package.

With 2 injured DB's I think Seattle would be hamstrung to keep up with that ...

Sherman will have to engage with his arms to counter 3 bunched together ... he may not be willing.

Brady has been very very successful with the 5-wide in the past ... we kind of got away from it this year.

If they go into the dime Blount will eat them alive.

I can dig it. With Vereen in, you can shift around from a 2TE run set all the way to a full 5 guys running routes. Very versatile. Could work.

I envision Blount as the modern day Chuck Muncie and the Patriots version of Air McDaniels.
It's a twist from what we normally have done this year and we have the players to do it.
don't need it the entire game ... just a few drives will be enough to keep the Seahawks off balance.

Not having 5 NFL quality WRs would be a pretty good reason, to start with.

Empty backfield is something different.

Lol yeah, putting 5 actual WRs out there won't happen, true. I doubt 5 will even be active (not counting Slater).

wont do it bc they cover so well. youd be playing right into their hands. they wouldnt have a back to worry about so the would be able to line 4 vs our 5 OL and attack.

Nah, just do what BB likes to do, attack their strength. Run it down their throats
