You keep trying Sam I'll give you that.
Sam is creating doom and gloom Maye threads at a mgteich-like pace.

It's nice that McCarthy brought his team back and all....however I guess we're supposed to ignore the first 3 quarters of football. How can anyone know at this point? McCarthy is an unknown...
He played 2 quarters (2nd/3rd) in the first preseason game last year before being IRed.
How do you make an assessment off of such a small sample size?
Well if Drake Maye had Jefferson he would still probably throw the ball 5 feet over his head.
Are you sure you are in the right thread?Well if Drake Maye had Jefferson he would still probably throw the ball 5 feet over his head.
Last year, Maye had about the same completion percentage as Lamar Alexander. He had a better completion percentage than Josh Allen, Bo Nix (who many wish the Pats drafted over Maye), and Justin Herbert. And Maye had the worst receiver in the league last year. Sure he didn’t throw as much as some of them, but some had significantly lower completion percentages.
The haters are making up that Maye constantly over throws receivers. Yes, he does have throws that are way off, but lack of accuracy is way overstated. He actually can be very accurate.
Even Maye admits this lol.

Here are some examples of elite throws by Drake. People need to stop with this "he always over throws his receiver" BS.
This one is Mahomes-like

Is he available?Brain fart. Former Senator from Tennesee. Here is a picture. You can see how easy it is to confuse him with Lamar Jackson.
That would mean that we have found our top 10 QB.Maye reminds more and more of Drew Bledsoe.
I'm sure there are Falcons fans who still say that.....however I guess we're supposed to ignore the first 3 quarters of football.
Drake Maye doesn’t have an accuracy issue, he can thread the needle. He doesn’t have arm strength issue, he has a cannon. He has to fix his brain… whatever it is that encourages him to not set his feet and use proper form while throwing every single pass is what needs to be fixed. Consistency… he needs that drilled into him by his coaches. The coaches have to hold him accountable.Maye has the tools, that's why it's crazy talk when people start talking about looking for QBs next draft.
I personally think that McD's system has Maye all sorts of confused where he's thinking too much instead of not reacting what the defense is doing.
McD needs to coach him better. If a player regresses under you, that means you're not doing a good job coaching him up.
Maye has this weird thing. He's accurate for the most part, but there are times when he's WAYYY off not attributed to miscommunication with the receiver. It was there this past game, last year, and in college, and it was front and center during his Pro Day. It's bizarre. Once he figures it out, the sky's the limit.Drake Maye doesn’t have an accuracy issue, he can thread the needle. He doesn’t have arm strength issue, he has a cannon. I remember that game that was awesome.I'm sure there are Falcons fans who still say that.
It would mean the Pats found their Philip Rivers or Andy Dalton. That would mean that we have found our top 10 QB.
