Cam did have flashes of decent play during the preseason so I can't say for certain he is completely washed up.

Hes capable of decent play in spurts but not someone you want out there for 1000 snaps a year and depending on him to run the offense long term.

He really is a backup now.

If the reports are true which say BB didn't even give Cam the option to say, he clearly saw Cam as the 3rd most valuable best QB on the roster.
