I am fine with every roster decision made. There will still be tweaks, as there are every year.
For example, for months, I have expected to add an OG and/or OC in the week after the cut to 53.
====================================
See below for some of the possibilities.
==================
From Another Team
TE
OG
OC
3rd down RB

Players We Cut
Ferentz (Hines is unlikely to be ready to play OC to start the season)
Humphrey (if we choose to add someone if Thornton is put on IR)
Harris (my choice if Montgomery is put on IR)

*WHOM do we want to add….

(We would say “We want to add him” not “We want to add he”, so whom is correct)

It does seem that the only position without a backup is Center, so they'll have to do something about that before Miami.
Are they waiting to see what's available, or just planning to resign Ferentz after putting Thornton on IR?

Ha. Bo doesn’t know grammar but I’ll give him pass, because the song doesn’t work with whom in place of who.

“Who loves you, baby?!” would, however, be correct.

I think interior O-line is at the top of the list. I'd rather bring someone in than bring back Ferentz. Another pass catching rb, depending on the availability of Montgomery. Potentially, bringing back JJ. He has moments that I'm like " he's not bad, maybe we should give him a chance".

Wouldn't mind bringing back Lil Jordan and Asiasi as well.

Actually you are wrong. Who is correct.
Your example is backwards. We want to add whom? would be correct.
Him is who we want to add is wrong, it would be he.

We want to add Whom? I’d correct. Who do we want to add? is correct.

We want to add Whom? I’d correct. Who do we want to add? is correct.

Incorrect. “Who” has come to be accepted, because English language speakers misused it so often and for so many years that it just became a “screw it, that’s OK too” situation. Whom is correct, according to traditional grammatical rules.

These links may help to clear up your confusion:

Some may argue that standard/traditional grammatical rules are outdated and that over time the English language has proven to be malleable but I prefer old school grammar. I blame my mother, a former English teacher who used to constantly correct my grammar during my youth.

(I wasn’t trying to bash Miguel…my post was supposed to be educational but lighthearted. Most native speakers in the US would also use “who”. My sincerest apologies for unintentionally derailing the thread).

I wanted the Pats to draft Tyler Shelvin, and was mad when the Bingles took him, esp after their stupid filming tantrum.

Maybe he could benefit from a solid DL room, and progress toward the active roster. ...start on the PS and eventually replace Guy.

Phillip Lindsay, maybe O J Howard
I don't get the infatuation people have with this guy. He's had like one decent season and other than that been pretty much a jag. Granted, he'd be cheap so couldn't hurt to kick the tires.

But you are wrong.
You compared WHO/WHOM (the subject) should we get
To We should get HE/HIM (the object)

Below is directly from what you linked.

  • Who should be used to refer to the subject of a sentence.
  • Whom should be used to refer to the object of a verb or preposition.

Who should we get is correct
Whom should we get is incorrect

We should get who? Is incorrect
We should get whom? Is correct.

It’s all good I am just pointing out that you corrected someone in error.
