I'd say that is too much of a stretch. It would be pretty tough for someone, as a sports fan, to claim they didn't know bad calls are a part of the game.You're a 3rd party beneficiary with an agency relationship with the NFL, and consideration flows both ways (fans pay to watch, referee receives portion in wage). Implied term of contract is that you will "get" a properly officiated game. Is that too much of a stretch? Not as familiar with privity doctrine in US.
