If I'm Mayo, I'm keeping as much continuity as possible on the defensive side, but I'm starting 100% fresh on the offensive side by a total staff overhaul. New offense. Make sure you have a QB coach for the young guy, bring in a vet.

Zac Robinson would be a great candidate for OC. I'm not sure how much interest the Pats have in him but he could certainly bring the offensive game plan that the team needs.
