Scot hansen host of NFL Redzone keeps saying that this is the first big sports event in NYC since Sandy......... Dude must not follow NBA i guess, or he would have noticed the Knicks and Nets win their home openers this week

Nets back in New York for 1st time since Dr. J's ABA New York Nets in 1975 & Brooklyn sees 1st pro game since Dodgers left for L.A. post '56 season. New York Islanders also moving to Brooklyn in 2015.

Wat...........................

When the Redskins win their last game before an election, the incumbent wins. When they lose, the challenger wins. That streak was already broken back in 2004, though.

I guess his geography is weak too lol

(In fairness, the Meadowlands stadium is closer and a whole lot more accessible to NYC than Foxborough is to... pretty much anywhere but Foxborough.)

Wat...........................
There is some wierd stat that if Redskins lose the week before the elections then the party which is currently not in the white house (i.e Romneys) wins the election.....

Eli looks like a muppet...

WHERE BROOKLYN AT!? WHERE BROOKLYN AT!?

No seriously, where did it go?

As much as I want to root against the Giants for spoiling the Pats' shot at 19-0 (and last season, too,) I just can't root for Rapistberger.

Yes...I hear you, but...rooting for Ellie?

Can't do it. Go Steelers. :confused3:

I'm a youngest brother, so I do have some Eli-empathy.

How are The Warriors gonna bop their way back to Coney when it's underwater?
Pretty dry here in hipster central Williamsburg tho. (damn this Giants game is boring. gez.)
