Yeah - you’d think their team had won a SB in the last 20 years!
I was at the game last season, by halftime most Pats fans were hanging inside. It was brutally hot on the visitors side. Was also there when Brady passed the TD to AB. Lol

No tyreek is huge if he can't go

The Dolphins are snake bitten by injuries, but Tua is still standing. Bizarro year for the Dolphins.

I'll keep saying if Kraft swallowed his pride and just suspended AB we win the superbowl in 2019 Edelnut and AB would've been enough for offense

Phins put Wynn (starting LG) onto IR. Armstead is already there. Connor Williams is supposedly unlikely to play even though he was "limited" in practice.

I expect the Pats need to use the same game Plan they used on Allen to get pressure on Tua. Pressure = Bad throws = Good for the Pats

If Hill, Holland, and Mostert don't play, the starting left side of their o-line on IR, Waddle hobbled, and Howard may not play or may not be 100%; the Patriots have no excuse to steal one from the Dolphins. Their offense is decimated and so is their secondary.

If they don't have Hill and Mostert while Waddle isn't 100%, Tua cannot just get rid of the ball quickly and expect his receivers get open after he throws. He will have to hold onto the ball a bit longer than he has when the offense was at full health.

They are going to try and run the ball and the SF style offense of running is helpful regardless who the RB is.

Their top two RBs maybe be out if Mostert is out since Achane is on IR. Three fifths of their line may be out (two fifths are definitely out). It may be tough for the Dolphins to run the ball with that many players gone from the offense.

My preseason prediction was 8 wins, possibly seven. From a draft perspective, given their vanishingly slight chances of getting into the playoffs, I'm happy to see losses. I have real ethical problems with tanking, but why stare a gift horse in the mouth? On game day, I'll root for them to win, though, just out of habit or allegiance or something.

I thought they'd lose the Buffalo game, though I had a nagging thought. - a thought which I didn't trust - that they might win. I feel the same way about this game. I think they'll lose to Miami, but that nagging thought they might win it is lurking again in my mind. If I had to bet, I'd bet on their losing, but I'll root for a win, even if that means rooting for a loss of draft status.

It was a Hell of a lot simpler rooting for the dynasty teams, where you were pretty safe expecting a win every single week. At the time, I probably didn't appreciate how special and weird it was to be a fan of such an outstanding team.

The key to beating Miami, I think, is to interrupt their timing on offense: hitting receivers at the line, lots of pressure, two or so safeties lurking in the way-back. On offense, let's play the youngsters with an upside, remanding Parker/JJS entirely to the bench, do even more of the pre-snap (peri-snap?) motion and general trickeration, quick throws, a power running game, and so on. Like last week. Will that be enough? I don't think it will, but I have this sneaking suspicions it might. How's that for equivocation? Let's say, "Hope springs eternal." That sounds better than, "Hell, I don't know."

Till we finally “Squished the Fish” we were like Buffalo fans in the 2000’s. I’ve also seen some *brutal losses” over in Miami even when we were good. I just thank the Good Lord I wasn’t at the “Miracle in Miami” game as I’m sure I would have left in an ambulance!

Eagles team is tough. Long list of injuries for teams that play them. No injuries for the Eagles since they are the ones giving the beat down. Reminds you of those dominant Pats teams from the back in the day.

Whoa wait that the F? Tyreek and Mostert are hurt now? That's huge... and Waddle is also banged up... Plus isn't Achane also out? Their offense would be seriously lacking the typical horses in that situation. Plus their defense and OL are also lacking some pieces or at least are at risk to based on injury. This one definitely just got more interesting...

Not getting my hopes up on hill just yet. If he doesn’t practice tomorrow then we got something. Im kinda getting pre dallas game vibes here where theyre coming off a loss and it seemed like they were super banged up. Then at the last minute everyone but like one of the key guys suddenly became healthy. Hopefully it’s different this time around and we finally get a huge break
