Not quite sure about the Eagles letting them score or the announcer thinking that was silly of the Jets to score a touchdown. A touchdown is not a given in that situation and it's much more valuable than a field goal even with the time on the clock

I think the Jets did the right think in taking the TD.

It’s either 20-14 with 1:45 and two PHI timeouts OR 15-14 with 1:00 and no PHI timeouts.

Broadcasters think they should have bled the clock. Not sure what the stats say.

Agreed. If he falls down at the 1, while likely, it's still not a guarantee they punch it in in the next 3 plays. Gotta trust your defense.

I was just writing the same thing. The way I see it, a 1:00 remaining down 3, or 1:45 remaining down 4+, I don’t see the clock deciding the game. There’s enough time for a quick drive in either situation, so better to require the full TD.

They are so physically tough. They can win any type of game…

Their one of the more ugly 5 and 0 teams I can recall. 3 of their wins are the Vikings, Pats, Comanders, and all were close and losable. Their good but not at all dominant enough to say their a run away.

Ha! I actually said the same thing after watching the first Eagles game this year. I think it was in the game day thread. They did look pretty unstoppable at the time.

What is it with the Giants stomping on AFC east teams. Weather it's the old Bills teams, The 2007 pats, The 2000 pats, and now this. For some reason the G men always have the AFC Easts number. Don't get me wrong I want the Giants to win this,,, but I just don't get it.
