But that's more of an on-the-fly adjustment while they're down, as opposed to a week long game plan install with a specific focus.I think we saw what it looks like when Mac plays to score/win rather than play safe according to the plan and it wasn’t pretty.
I love the optimism and hope you're right. At this point, I just want to see more of Douglas.Yeah, I hear you. But that's more of an on-the-fly adjustment while they're down, as opposed to a week long game plan install with a specific focus.
I don’t think it’s 100% the oline fault. I think teams are not afraid of Mac and are stacking the box and force Mac to beat them throwing the ball to the outside. We have no running game due to this and the backs just don't have any lanes to run.
Boos sure but I think the fever is dead and buried. If Mac does poorly, it's gonna be Chicago the Musical the Sequel with confidence-stomping boos and zaps raining down.
That being said, I'm hoping Mac bounces back and has a great game.
This, and after that last showing they are going to be laying in wait for every sidelines floater with intent to take it to the house.I don’t think it’s 100% the oline fault. I think teams are not afraid of Mac and are stacking the box and force Mac to beat them throwing the ball to the outside.
The pressure is on Mac Wilson and we all know how he responds to pressure. If Mac does poorly, it's gonna be Chicago the Musical the Sequel with confidence-stomping boos and zaps raining down.

The problem is opportunity - not sure if he'd have any catches if Kupp were healthy. Also, Pats rookies get zero room for mistakes, and they're on the bench if they breathe incorrectly (edit: offense players). Puka already has 5 drops with a bad 9.6% drop rate, although I don't know how many of those are the bullcrap "drops" where he caught the ball but didn't get 2 feet inbounds (which is why Boutte has 2 drops listed).OT:
I wonder why Bill and his draft guru/yes men didn't appreciate the talents of rookie WR Pacu Nacua who was drafted at #177 (5th rd)?

Depends on how badly Mac plays. Don't need a fever when people in the stand have tons of alcohol.Boos sure but I think the fever is dead and buried.
Not 100% no.. but they assume a bulk of the responsibility.. the Job of the O-line is to block, create holes In the run game. Now Mac was just trying to make a play.. he seemingly got panicky and was making throws across his body. It was just a total team loss. Other than KB there is no one separating for him. Zo was saying in the broadcast that the scout report on the offense is play man on the WRs and play up at the line to handle the run. Thornton can really aid this offense when he returns. He and Douglas need to be involved heavily. Only thing I can think of to help this offensive offense right now.I don’t think it’s 100% the oline fault. I think teams are not afraid of Mac and are stacking the box and force Mac to beat them throwing the ball to the outside.
Against Dallas, Mac was pressure a lot but had a lot of time to throw. Dallas made a good job to force Mac to hold the ball to long and it allowed the pressure to get there. He wasn’t pressured as quickly as the other game. Which is weird because he completely melted down and was leaving perfectly fine pocket.
Douglas must be inserted into the starting line up.. it's glaringly apparent he is the only play maker at WR.. Unless Thornton returns and shows something. Why does it feel the seasons over in October? I hate this feelingI love the optimism and hope you're right. At this point, I just want to see more of Douglas.
Recipe to beat Corky the words out. He can't place the football where only his guy can catch it somebody needs glasses. The saints have a pass rush, play man coverage & have a shutdown CB that’s having the best year of his career. This won’t be a productive day offensively.
i this team misses a mcginest/rodney/edelman type leadership.
You can bet the Puke wasn't as articulate as Harry in interviews you know Harry sets the bar.OT:

All 32 teams passed on him several times. You can bet the Puke wasn't as articulate as Harry in interviews you know Harry sets the bar.
Them are fighting words to the Homers becareful Real.Groh is supposed to be the voice of reason with drafting players.. the issue is he is part of the BB circle of friends and family... we NEED someone with no ties to BB to be able to pick, sign players. BB as we all know with his power is going to target players he feels can fit in his system. We have a early 2000s NFL roster not a 2023 roster. I absolutely respect BB the HC but I've soured on the GM .
