My favorites were the Gordon TD, the defensive play early in the game where they shifted then three guys emerged through the pack, descended on Luck and pile drived him into the turf, and Chung's "karate kid" celebration.

Throw out analysis. W is the only thing that matters. Beautiful game from Brady, despite the box score. Excellent throws all night.

Mostly I'm sad White didn't catch the 3rd down pass with 3 minutes left, because I wanted Sony to get 2 more yards for his second straight 100 yard rushing game. Oh, and we might have been able to keep them to 17, instead of giving up the most garbage of garbage time score.

C'mon. I want my style points.

"Excellent throws all night" WRONG!

1st down: Brady overthrows White racing down right sideline 2 steps ahead of defender.

2nd down: Brady throws pass over the middle but behind streaking Gordon. Incomplete.

3rd down: Brady throws screen pass at the feet of Gronk wide open in the flat to the right preventing Gronk from making any yardage after he had to bend over all the way to the ground to make a shoe string catch. Had the ball been thrown more accurately Gronk might have had a chance to catch it in stride and rumble for a first down. Pass was completed but defenders closed on Gronk before he could take more than 2 steps.

4th down: Punt.

Blatant hold, grab. clutch on the Gordon re-route to the TD...not called. WHY? Watch the highlight on ESPN. Just because he scored doesn't excuse the blatant, disgusting lack of proper procedure by the official.

Yup, and then they call illegal contact on JJ later in the game. Complete BS.

The funny thing is, I thought Brady had a bad night overall. I am a huge Brady backer, and though he received some criticism over the last 2 weeks (even after the Miami victory) I thought he was mostly ON the last 2 games, pretty accurate. Tonight I thought he was off all game for some reason.

Yeah he might have had a bad game but I'm not an expert. The low throw to White on 3rd down that could have iced the game. Brady not throwing to a wide open Hogan on the Gordon TD. The sideline throw to Gordon that the announcer said was a throw away, Gordon was plenty away from the DB that Brady should have thrown it closer to him? Or maybe Gordon was supposed to cut back earlier? I don't know, looked sort of off? But I've seen Brady make plenty of puzzling decisions/throws over the years and it usually is just random blips.

McCourty had a rough game, but damn that strip play was impressive.

Defense still needs work, but I’m going to give some credut to Luck. You all need to realize that he’s been finding ways to do more with less every game so far. The Colts have been extremely scrappy, so them giving us a fight should not be a shock.

Nice win that would have been a 50-burger had the Pats not gotten some bad luck. That said, is it time to talk about McCourty? He has not looked right all season long and tonight was the cherry on top.

EDIT: By the way, I say this as someone who has traditionally been a staunch defender of his.
It should be pointed out that McCourty plays better when everything is in front of him. That's why he was converted to a free safety from his original CB position. But now they often have Harmon back at free safety and are asking McCourty to play up as a strong safety to cover tight ends and running backs. This is not working very well as reflected in tonight's game. Put him back where he belongs at free safety and his play will improve in a hurry.

I gif'd Chung's karate kick, Gordon's TD, and Gordon's impression of Gronk:

less than 4 days between games...DO SHUT UP YOU PANSIES...38-24...in the bank, ten days rest....STOP CRYING

Haha... Crying about pansies crying..

Gordon watched footage of Moss against miami. Sweet.

As a birthday gift that year, my daughter gave me a ticket to that game, 50 yard line, row 8, right behind Patriots bench. I remember it was a scorching hot day, the Dolphins QB was named Lemon and he played like one, but most of all I remember that catch. I just sat there not believing what I had just witnessed.

Haven’t seen the highlights yet only the stats.. Brady’s Ints, are they on him or?

All in all looked like a good win.

Post game take... Thursday game done. Ideal 2games in 4 days outcome. 2 wins.. and now 10 days to prepare for next games which just get bigger as season progresses.. one game at a time . Getting better and more fun to watch..

One striking development... is considering how much yap energy went into "receiver problems" just last week... now receiver group looks as dangerous and complete imagineable..!! Who predicted that...?

Both on the receivers.

1st one it hit Hogan in his hands but deflected it right to the Colts DB

2nd one was a good defensive play Gronk caught it but before he could complete process the Colts LB hit it out his hands to another Colts defender.

Pipe dream: If Brady actually lasts a few more years and then retires 2022, and the Colts continue to suck...Andrew Luck UFA 2022 signs for us? That'd be great.

As a former STH this is interesting....anyways if they're concerned about everyone leaving at once and traffic, they (the towns surrounding and the Pats) REALLY need to work on letting people get off route 1 N....we used to get off at the left by papa ginos and McDs....no more, sit in traffic for over an hour until you get to 95....
Stay on RTE 1 and off my roads!

It's time to REWATCH this game that has so many "Pats" fans up in arms. NFL channel...588 on FIOS.

you watching the replay, Snooky?

Pats second TD scored by Michel...braindead Son-Of-Hochuli misses the call...BB doesn't challenge...next play, Brady sneaks...clearly in. Braindead Hochuli refuses to to call a TD until Brady takes an additional half dozen vicious hits. Braindead Hochuli is worse than his braindead father, if such a thing is possible.
