Game Day Thread Week 5: Patriots at Bills

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Has Pop gone poop?

Ian's Sportsbook pays +185 if he manages 15+ yds receiving.

Stevenson better hold onto the damn ball. Bosa has been feasting with 4 forced fumbles to this point.

I'm surprised that the Bills have been so pedestrian in terms of sacks with Bosa and Epenesa.

I don't think I'm the only one happy that Jordan Phillips isn't dressing for this game.

Drake “yeah” Maye

Go Get Some Tonight

I'm thinking that if we're competitive in this one then we prove that we're an improved team and that's what I want. If we lose comfortably then we know there's still a long way to go.
Every game is its own entity though.
Can’t put too much meaning on one game good or bad.

Really its just an impact of fan optimism.

No, it means that two wins against poor teams tells us little about our trajectory. A competitive performance against one of the best teams in the league tells us much more.

Not ready to say this is Henderson’s coming out party but I do expect an increase in snap count tonight.

Those good ol' 80 degree whiteouts!
They likely didnt want to debut them when there was snow out so it wouldn't encourage the insurgents to throw it on the opposing players.

Harrison “ya, I believe the Patriots gonna win”.

Oh ****….and here. We. Go.

Pats definitely have a chance, especially with Ed Oliver out. I think that will make their DL a bit light and easier to run on. Then, the run sets up the pass.

Buffalo D is not really that scary at all. Pats D make take a step with Gonzo one week healthier and the addition of Tavai in the middle.

Denver won in Philly Today: after sporting an abysmal record against winning Teams. I would like a win but will not be upset if we lose a Tough close one.

I really just want to see us play well against a top opponent. No turnovers, few penalties, good execution, complementary football. I want a win, but in the long run how we play will mean more.

Jackson Hawes is a beast as a blocking TE (as he was in college). He’ll be pivotal in Buffalo’s run game.
I remember there were Jackson Hawes supporters in the chat discussion.

Looks like they were right.

Not much to complain about with our draft though.

Drake Maye just needs to Play well: if he does we have a chance.
Agree. And also not too many penalties. And no turnovers. And stop the run. And no injuries.
