It was bound to fail the moment it became obvious they just did whatever Rodgers wanted and let him come and go as he pleased.
I think we're going to have to start buying into the fact that Minnesota is going to be really good this year. Their defense is playing extremely well, obviously they had that pick-six, and Darnold, while not having a great day today, is still much better than expected and doing enough for them to be productive on offense. I thought maybe the Jets were starting to turn things around, but I think Rodgers is in for a rough year. Looks really old and slow today and with the cold weather coming, I feel like it's only going to get worse based on how he looksin the cold and the rain in this one.
