Look, I don't deny it's nice when QBs are mobile and can run, but that is not what the NFL version of a QB is. Mobility IN the pocket is much more valuable. Avoiding hits is much more useful. Being accurate is much more useful.

Mobile QBs get hit like RBs. They wear down like RBs, but they don't have backups that they can easily go to to take a breather and to modulate the wear and tear. So they never get a chance to heal up, even for a few plays. That's why by the end of the season, many of them aren't playing well.
