Quarterbacking in the NYFL is way down. Imho the colleges are using more running QBs and pocket QBs aren't being developed as much as they were in the old days.

I think you're over rating the coaching. If a pass is called and the QB gets sacked then the fault is with the players, not with the coach who called the play.
