Here in Hawaii Ahi is a daily part of life. Most of us have it in some way or form at least 3-4 times a week. Blackened ahi ( Seared) is no different. Had it 3 times last week. One of my personal favorites. That recipe is one of the best. Trust me, you won't regret talking the time to add the lil extra things like the mustard, soy and vinegar dipping sauce and the black seeds are a must. The beurre blanc is a little excessive and is used more as a decorative item seeing this is a fancy restaurant recipe. Doe not over cook the fish. Remember you can always throw it back on

Since the big comeback vs the Broncos when Del Rio was acting HC...so many moments where he had a look on his face of "oh ****"

They exchanged a turnover prone QB who could still hit the occasional great play to a QB who doesn't turn it over but also isnt able to properly use the expensive offensive pieces they have.

Unless Osweiler improves significantly (ie actually is able to read progressions properl) they wont go far.
