If Garett isn't fired after tonight or at the end of the season, then the cowboys deserve to languish in mediocrity forever

He will likely be gone but they have bigger issues than the clapper.

The Clapper is more than gone, but he isn't the issue. He's a good OC, just not HC material. The only reason Jerruh put him there is because he's a sycophant, a "yes" man who does whatever Jerruh wants.

Jerruh is, and always has been the problem with all the meddling he does. Until he hands over the reins, the Cowboys will always be mediocre.

Doesn't Jones kid handle the talent acquisition? Seems to have a good track record. The issue seems to be that Cowboys need a coach for that talent and anybody that able will not tolerate Jerry's meddling so they will never have a coach worthy of the talent until Jerry's gone.
