You know there's a major problem when armchair QB's on this board can see the OL has stunk for years, but they (Wolf) didn't think it would be going into the season.

You don't know what you don't know. I mean, a new OL coach, new OC, and players theoretically making a 2nd or 3rd year leap. At the beginning of the season I could see someone being slightly optimistic. Unfortunately, they took several huge steps back instead of slowly making progress.

Great - but who's left to play?
I mean, Lowe and Jacobs were absolutely terrible. Clearly the OL is the most obvious culprit.
But what can they do there? Try Sow back at RT (where he stunk last year)
Or, bring up McKenzie from PS at LT?
DL provides NO pressure. Safeties (mostly Dugger) were terrible.
Besides Elliss, the LB's are junk.
Tackling was like a '90's video game.

Yeah, thats all i can think of is sow at rt. Jacobs was already a liability and he was unplayable yesterday at one point. Hafta at least try sow there until wallace comes back then id give him a shot. As bad as lowe was theres just no alternatives there, id give him a chance to rebound. Hopefully strange is ready this week

I'd like to think this might be a point of emphasis but, realistically, Mayo/Covington won't even be aware of it until a reporter asks about it post-game...

This will be a rinse and repeat.. can't stop anything on defense can't block anyone on offense..

They still have Pittman - Pierce and Mitchell: plus Ricardson can run. I expect a Colts Route in Gillette that would really wake up the Krafts: who has been sleeping till now.

Nose bleed is to much for them to stop. A road speed hump can do more to slow down than they can.

That's a given Gonzo is only one player: Marcus can't cover for **** he's horrible in coverage.

Gonzo is phenomenal even hurt playing on one leg yesterday he still limited hill.. yeah Marcus Hobbs is an all pro returner but a rotational slot CB at best.. where myles away when you need him..
