Just as if there is DPI, but the pass is completed, a ten yard addition should be added to the end of the play.

Everything should be able to be challenged, keep the same 2-3 challenges per game. The NFL won't do it because that would make it more difficult to rig.

Used to be we'd see a couple of those flags per game picked because the ball wasn't catchable now it's maybe 1 or 2 a week if that
