Week 11 NFL Games *Bye Week Edition*

I don't understand some of the opinions posted here.

Probably not the first or the last time that's happened, and that's just today, lol.
On another note, I was mostly out of the loop for a few months after a motorcycle accident, hope things have been going well for you lately Tony.

When they’re both healthy, they aren’t better than the Saints. That’s what happens when your young talent not only stays healthy and contributes, but they become starters. Pats fans should know this after seeing how our 2010 class propelled us forward.

Sure. Right now. But the Saints are the only team I would say are better than the Pats when healthy. If they meet in the SB it will come down to game planning and of course health.

I don’t understand these teams going for two for the win all the time. The Panthers are better than the Lions, the better team should win more often than not over say 15-20 plays in OT vs one single play for 2.

They play numbers without context. It's like Dave Roberts coaching in the playoffs. Then, you see a guy like Cora, using both, and you see the difference.

Why is holding Buffalo to 6 points some sort of an achievement?

Nobody took Miami seriously so they don’t count.

Packers aren’t very good and their organization is dysfunctional.

The Pats can’t have a flat game at the Jets as they play down to them at times in NY. They can’t afford to drop one game before they play the Steelers.

We’ll know how good the Pats really are in the next 4 weeks.

Somebody took Miami seriously just read the threads leading up to the game.

I read that Aaron Rodgers would shred this defense leading up to the game.

The red hot KC came to town and got beat. Some say that KC is the best team in the AFC. I noticed you left that one out of your post.

No team can have a "flat" game against any team in the league.

Why is holding Buffalo to 6 points and shutting down Aaron Rodgers a big deal? Because I was told that it would be a realistic gauge of how good the defense was. I guess they passed the test.

I already know how good the Patriots are. They are one of the top teams in the league which means they have a realistic shot at winning a championship.

It's been one of the best years I've had in a long time. Thanks

Now that you're ok ...... how's the bike?

Glad you're ok

Seeing the Eagles now makes me more angry that we lost to them.
They caught lightning in a bottle and are destined to join Jets, Chiefs, Bucs, Seattle,Rams and Bears as one hit wonders..... and regressed to the mean this year. *(Saints have one but are a legit threat to get number 2 this year)

Saints
Chiefs
Rams

Steelers (maybe)

Patriots are somewhere between #4 and #8 right now. If every team is healthy, he Patriots still aren't any better than #4, though there's still the Brady/BB edge which gives them a chance against anyone.

Now, tell me that Gordon's going to be high level Gordon come playoff time, as well as Gronk being Gronk and the Patriots being a fully healthy squad, and that might make the positions at the top a bit more fluid.

what are the Vikes doing ? I think they are better than the Bears but are self imploding right now

man **** fantasy football and **** carson wentz in particular.

That was a terrible loss by the Chargers today. You have a chance to keep pace with the Chiefs but drop a game at home against the Broncos?

They do this s**t every year - always finding a way to choke. I’ve said this a few times on here and got criticized for criticizing Rivers but he is a loser and overrated. He has ONE playoff win in 10 years. He’s made the playoffs 3 times in the last 10 years.
He's a Bum and always acts like it's not his fault.

SD really screwed up trading Brees away. Never let it be said that you have to be tall to play QB in the NFL

Truly glad to hear things are breaking your way. The bike's way not so much.
On the plus side if it had to happen at least it happened while I was on the Fat Boy, they aren't hard to replace. If I had been on my Norton I would have died from a broken heart.
I am doing okay but the kids and grandkids are enjoying my tickets this season, I am on the mend but Gillette is out of the question...for now.

The next head coach of the Cleveland Browns....

The next head coach of the Cleveland Browns....

If CondoleezzaRice has a chance, anybody on this board has a chance.

I’m sick of people on here looking at the Jags, and the Lions and the Titans and going “lol look at how they got their asses kicked after making the Pats game their Super Bowl.” It’s dumb. Especially when they all kicked our ass. If this Patriots team isn’t good enough to not get consistently beat up by sh.itbag teams making our game their Super Bowl how in gods name do you expect us to win against a good team in the ACTUAL SUPER BOWL. Because apparently our kryptonite is the other team actually treating us seriously and not just pissing their pants looking at the Flying Elvis, which will happen every single week in the playoffs.

I thought the Vikings were good?

Saints
Chiefs
Rams

Steelers (maybe)

That's fair. If healthy I'd give the Patriots a decent shot at any of those teams. Saints would be the toughest challenge. I think the Rams beat KC Monday night for the same reason the Pats did. Their defense is horrible. The Steelers are tough to gauge but are definitely a good team if not better.

The Saints look really freaking good right now. They are a smart team with a lot of talent. This could be their year.
