1100 yards from scrimmage.
Meanwhile the other candidates who he had lapped prior to his concussion last week, ALL have had underwhelming performances this week.
Brian Westbrook…the receiving volume will come soonYep. I'm racking my brain trying to come up with a comparable over the last 40 years and I can't except for CMart.
Pats had one with the talent in the early 90s...Jon Vaughn out of Michigan. Had the gamebreaking ability but was on such ****ty teams.
Tet had an almost nonexistent performance this week. He was the odds on fave, but now trails Trey by over 200 yds from scrimmage. We all know he can break a big run. Today, I was more impressed by how many times he put his head down and powered forward for extra yards. He's rounding out his game, and he still looks like he hasn't hit his ceiling. He'll likely finish the year with 1200 yards from scrimmage and close to double-digit touchdowns. Great young player, still ascending. I don't think Egbuka (who I wanted with that pick if available) or Slough are close enough to make it a meaningful race for OROY.
Yep but thinking Patriots onlyBrian Westbrook…the receiving volume will come soon
Oohhh gotchaYep but thinking Patriots only
Maybe Tony Collins..Yep but thinking Patriots only
He didn’t have the breakaway ability Henderson has.Robert Edwards
Collins had good speed, but not Henderson type speed.Maybe Tony Collins..
********. I run a 4.12 40.He didn’t have the breakaway ability Henderson has.
The only RB I can think of that had that sort of speed the Patriots have ever had is Dion Lewis. Maybe Horace Ivory, but I don't think even he was that fast.Collins had good speed, but not Henderson type speed.
I’m a Pat’s fan since 1975, I don’t remember Ivory having that kind of speed. Lewis was a different kind of back, more shifty than Henderson, but I think in a straight line race, Henderson is faster. Henderson has done some things no Patriot’s back has ever done as far as long TD runs. The only RB I can think of that had that sort of speed the Patriots have ever had is Dion Lewis. Maybe Horace Ivory, but I don't think even he was that fast.
I run a 4.12 10********. I run a 4.12 40.
I wish.********. I run a 4.12 40.
Me too.I wish.
I was such a big fan of the Weathers brothers for no good reason.
