Bengals are refusing to trade anyone which makes little to no sense, they should just go for the full rebuild like the browns did, collect picks and build again.

Bucs also don't make a lot of sense with their high price tag with Howard, considering the lack of production as well as they are just stuck in the middle with that team.

The one guy im surprised who hasn't had much rumours about him is Hunter Henry, last year of his rookie deal. Chargers struggling, doesn’t make a lot of sense.
