Vincent Jackson is or will be 29 and has still not yet been an unrestricted free agent?

Unfortunately he is going to be held up as an example for players to enter the draft early, or in some cases too early.

Jackson was an unrestricted free agent that got hit with the franchise tag last year...

And the Patriots will sign how many - any - of them not currently on the Patriots?????? Right, ZERO.....

The Pats have signed their fair share of free agents.. Including "big names" like Rodney Harrison and Adalius Thomas. They've also gone out and added some big names via trade like Corey Dillon, Chad OchoCinco, Albert Haynesworth, Randy Moss, and Wes Welker. They also dropped a good amount of cash on Shaun Ellis.

And yes, there were a few on this board who were touting the Pats to get Wes Welker at the beginning of the season that he because a free agent. And yes, we were ridiculed by MANY on here.
