What do you think of him? Got to see him a lot this year (once in person.) The guy is all heart. Mike Mayok thinks he is day 1 core special teamer with a chance to develop in to a special player. I would love to see him in a Pats uni.

I can think of a lot of other guys we could use more, but I love watching him play.

And then you'd have the irony of having two players whose names end in "KOWSKI", but with different pronunciations.

He will be able to contribute right away on Special Teams and I think he has the toughness, intelligence, athleticism to be a strong starter. Playing at Notre Dame actually hurt his development.

However, selecting him in the 3rd round would be a mistake, unless we have addressed CB in an earlier round.

He posted a very good time in the 40 yard dash at the combine. I thought he was awful this year, and great last year, and really thought that he should have come out last year.

He does seem to be the kinda guy that would be great on special teams, and could develop as a safty. If you think about it, we only kept the 1st round selection from last years draft. So taking a 3rd (late) pick on Zbikowski wouldn't be a waste. I'd rather them send that late 3rd round pick on a punter.
