Tom Savage "Ready to Go" against Pats

This article doesn't say that Savage will necessarily start. After the game, BOB stated that Osweiler would start vs NE. Maybe that has changed, but it doesn't seem as if it's been confirmed yet.

It won't matter. The Texans are getting steamrolled.

So BoB again doesn't know who is his QB? Wtf

Well I don't think Osweiller is that horrible, clearly there's a ton of weight in his shoulders due to his cap numbers, Houston remains a dumpster fire in terms of QB. Osweiller needs more seasoning and maybe an offense more suited to his strengths which are kind of unknown at this time but he does have good physical tools, last year he did ok in a few games for the Broncos.

Houston paying 1.45 against Oakland in Houston was a sure thing. Vegas went crazy that line should be 1.2.

Whatever. Savage is JAG and had feet made of lead. Osweiller may suck but "any QB not named Osweiller" isn't necessarily good. It's still some schmuck vs. Tom Brady.

To be fair to BOB, his decision on starting QB is akin to choosing between cancer and AIDS. I can see why he's hesitant to go with either guy and why he's holding off on making the final call.

Has there ever been a team as fickle and flighty about choosing a QB as the BOB-led Texans?

To be fair, it might take anyone a while to select either of these from the menu...

...heck, you might decide to skip your meal entirely.

Savage is unproven - can't say he's horrible just yet.

I think they might actually stick with a rock here. Brock had a very good game for his standard last week, which means he didn't throw an interception.

Still he's a QB we haven't faced before.

that works both ways.....bring him on

fresh meat for Trey Flowers...on sat night, he's going to earn the nickname 'Masta Killa'

QB controversy? The bloodthirsty media will create a distraction for Houston. Houston's chances of winning just went from 0% to -12%

I don't like how everyone is giving Houston absolutely no chance to win this game.

Yeah, never a fan of expected blowouts.

Then again, the last time the Pats were favored to win a blowout like this was the Rams game, and even though it was 26-10, the Pats won comfortably and covered the spread.
