I watched super bowl 46 in Taipei and people had his Jersey on then but that was before Brady was thrust into the national GOAT status so I'd imagine he's much more popular now.

Not really. Tom is global.

He's in David Beckham and Ronaldo territory now.

I'd say that he might be somewhere towards the end of the top 50 known sports figures in the majority of places outside North America. Maybe a bit farther down given how much bigger futbol is pretty much everywhere else.

Hell, if players like Ibrahimovic are considerably more known than him than maybe he doesn't even make it into the top 100.

Miles away from Messi, Ronaldo, Beckham territory but that's what happens when you play a pretty obscure sport.

Just to put it into perspective, David Beckham has 45 million instagram followers, Ronaldo 110 million. Brady has 11 million followers.

Was it a SB 28 Jim Kelly championship Jersey?

No SB logo and I didn't see the back of it but I kid you not he puffed out his chest and pimped it before giving me the thumbs down. Being a true Masshole I just acted naturally, meaning he got a condescending grin along with getting flipped off...and I did it from the vastly superior position that comes with being on a much better boat both figuratively and literally. Calmly living well is always the best revenge my brother

Even in the places where he may be more well known as Gisele's husband at least he is known. Together they are a huge international celebrity couple. To add to the comments regarding the international recognition he & the Pats have attained I've worn Pats gear and gotten (mostly positive) reactions from natives in places as diverse as Romania, NZ, Korea, South Africa and even Indonesia. I say mostly positive because bizarrely enough while wearing a Pat Patriot T I actually got a thumbs down in the Cebu Straight from a Filipino guy in a passing boat wearing, of all things, a Bills (???) jersey.
Yea I once got a "cheaters" from a bloke on a pub crawl in the UK. Then I respectfully said he wrong, then i found out they were Chelsea FC supporters switched the discussion to English Football and he bought me a pint.

...and there are 4 Kardashians in the top 22.

Barf

OK...what am I supposed to be outraged about now?

Is Gronk driving one of the racing cars?

Unfortunately TB12 is not at the same territory as Ronaldo or Messi in the Europe. NFL is getting more and more popular in Europe but is still a niche sport for the most of Europeans.
Mr. Bundchen would agree, I think.

I hope he has a plan and not just having fun out there. He has won a lot but he is quickly unraveling his own image he carefully crafted here. A lot of what we thought about him is eroding by the hour. He could have retired, get appreciated by princes, fancy french crowd and had fun and we will have Jimmy. Now who knows what we have.

Should Giselle be worried ? Brady is spending a lot of this time with his other wife, Guerrero. I think I’ve seen a video where Brady is telling Guerrero that “you got me real good”

You are very wrong.
Explain

The NFL has a long way to go internationally

Cricket players have more world exposure than NFL stars
Check out ESPN's 2017 ranking of the top 100 most famous athletes on the planet

26 billion viewers watched games in the last World Cup tournament
700+ million watched the final

360 million watched the Champions League final a couple of years ago

110 million watch the SB

The world discusses Ronaldo's latest hairstyle
Brady is hidden behind a helmet playing games that might get shown live in the middle of the night in half the world.
American Football is a niche sport to the rest of the world
211 teams enter the World Cup
etc
etc
etc

Brady is an internationally known sports figure and celebrity.

I know this from media coverage and my own personal experience having seen it on four continents and in several countries.

Reporter: What did you think of the game Tom?
Tom: Karius has worse hands than Dwayne Allen.

Ronaldo and Messi aren't exactly household names here either.

Maybe if the Pats win a few more SB's Kraft can announce the team as "World Champions" again and help fix the problem.

Personally I sympathize with Karius. He will need a good shrink to go on.

I'm extremely jealous. I've done NZ twice but was unable to take in the natural beauty you have.

With that said, tying a buzz on on the top of the Orbit 360 looking out over Waitemata Harbour in Auckland was pretty damn cool.

My youngest son was mugged in Christchurch NZ while doing a semester abroad in the early 2000's. It was funny because when the two young muggers found out he was an American they got spooked and ran away. I guess mugging Americans was a worse crime than mugging a local. He still has a copy of the police report.

Of course they are not in the USA but I've mentioned them in the context of the Europe. Every kid in my country know them very well but Tom - uppps who is he ? They wear Patriots,Cowboys, Bears even Jets t -shirts but that are not familiar with their logos at all. Like I said NFL is getting more popular, but soccer, volleyball or handball are definitely more popular.
