If a QB is sacked and there is roughing the QB on that play, is the penalty is enforced 15 yards from the previous spot (i.e. the line of scrimmage), or 15 yards from the location of the sack?

well...to their credit...the defense is still playing well...the specials teams just hasnt been great and their offense is actually worse than normal
