The sweet taste of HFA ..

No way. We want KC at 2 so Pitt is @ KC ROUND 2. Otherwise they likely end up having to play both. Would much prefer Oakland, Houston or Miami round 2
I see what you're saying, but either way, KC would potentially only need to win 1 game before they play us. If they only get the wild card, it will be an away game, which negates a huge advantage for them.

Edit: I see... You don't want Pitt. Thought you meant KC.

Now just hope Oakland keeps #2..

I rather have KC be the #2 seed.

If KC is the #5 seed, then they go to #4 Houston next week and there's a good chance we're playing KC in the Wild Card round.

If KC is the #2 seed then we're guaranteed to play either Oakland, Houston or Miami in the first round and most likely KC and Pittsburgh would have to beat eachother up for the chance to play us in AFCG.

I'm basically saying I think only two AFC teams can best NE: Pitt and Kc.

So I am rooting for the possibility where we only have to play one of those teams as that is most logical.

The way it looks now Pats will likely play winner of Oakland vs Houston I.e. A rookie QB or Tom Savage. It'll be like a joint practice before he AFCCG

can, as in possible? Sure. Can as in, a realistic chance, no. There's no team in the AFC playoffs that have what it takes to come into Foxboro and leave with a W. Barring a huge collapse, the Pats are going to the Superbowl.

HFA, its always a beautiful thing. If we had it last year who knows what happens. I think we at least make the SB.

It would be hard for me to picture Noodle Arm Broken down Manning coming in here and winning, That being said, what no one mentions is that had the seeds been flipped, Kc wouldve gone to Denver divisional week, I think KC wins that game

Did buck call king a 1st year player? Hes in year 3 or 4 by now

Divisional Round-Texans 10 Pats 34

AFCC- Chiefs 17 Pats 28

Super Bowl- Packers 26 Pats 31

.. especially after last year ..

First round of FU tour accomplished!

Now just hope Oakland keeps #2..

Would rather have KC get #2 seed. That way we only have to face Chiefs OR Steelers not Chiefs AND Steelers. Divisional game would be against either Dolphins, Houston, or Oakland.

The night game tonight got much less exciting

Gotcha. While you very well may be right, my personal opinion is that you have to beat the best to be the best. Aside from that, when people bring up the QB argument, I'm sure a lot of teams preferred to play QBs like Jeff Hostetler, Brad Johnson, Trent Dilfer, Eli Manning (twice ), a geriatric Peyton Manning etc. But any team you have to play got there by beating somebody else.

IDK, I respect the opinion of people who would rather play easier teams, but I like to have the attitude of taking all comers. That's just me. For example, the Ravens and Seahawks victories in 2014 were more satisfying to me than the colts, simply because we beat great competition.

Like another poster said, if we can't beat any team in the AFC at home, then we aren't good enough to get to the SB. I like seeing the pats play to win the game, rather than playing to not lose.
